@ashleysbored Muscles are denser than fat. Not saying all men are muscular and all women are fat, but women store and allocate fat easier than men due to hormones and anatomy while men typically have more muscle mass on average in comparison to women. My body fat % is like 23 @ 6'1 I'm 230lbs
