First you damage the bag while it was given for repair.
I asked for a replacement but you didn't provide it.
You ask me to send it for re-repair, I send it with the warranty card and you end up losing the card.

@manmatters_in I recently participated in the beard growth contest ending on 13th February in which I secured the first rank was awarded with a winning prize of 192 INR. However the amount deposited in my account was much less than the winning amount at 48 INR.

The first rank winning prize was divided into 5 people.
192×5=960 is the actual amount that I should have received. Nevertheless I didn't even receive the winning amount informed 192.

During the meanwhile I had also participated in the beard growth contest for an extra amount of 100 points which were not credited to the winning points. The extra 100 points would have totalled the points to 470 instead of 370.

@wildcrafttweet I had bought a bag on 24th September that started to have an issue with the stitching covered under warranty.
I provided the outlet in which I had bought the bag in hope of having it repaired.
After receiving the bag, it was even more damaged with stitching holes.
