If teachers worked proportionately to their pay, you'd be stunned at the amount that wouldn't get done or exist.

Not wanting to help with teacher burnout is a far deeper betrayal of your children's education than any strike could ever be.

@MissWashbourne @MrTs_NQTs I encouraged mine to tell the person next to them a fact about themselves that could be as mundane or as exciting as they liked, then asked for volunteers to share what they heard about someone. Takes pressure off those who didn't do much over summer. 😊
