If that Land Rover had been sold in EU27 it would have had Intelligent Speed Assistance limiting the speed to the limit of 20mph. The mandatory fitment of ISA which UK gov campaigned for when in EU was dropped by UK gov for cars sold in UK. This is one of the consequences.

@AdsCondron I do agree, we just sold a car, sold my old wedding dress and bought a second hand £5k cargo bike for £2k from eBay. Still expensive. My husband and I both agreed the cost is a huge barrier to getting more people into cycling. Many places in UK is hilly so electric is needed

Enough is enough. That would be pretty much the entire reason I report bad driving and why I'm willing to go to court at considerable disruption to my life. It's why I'm willing to work late to make up that wasted court time when I have to.

Think of all the time saved from heavily congested commuting times if people had a choice to cycle to school/work nursery instead of sat in traffic along the A26. We don’t have the choice at the moment

There’s something about riding my Devote gravel bike that is just really therapeutic. Being off road, immersed in nature. After a week of juggling full time work & a chicken pox child has almost finished me off so off to nature (and get this Mum a big coffee) we go #livcyclinguk
