@SW_Help the train left the platform by 9.16:22 - the guard saw me on the platform; saw me try to open the door that closed at 9.16 and the train left. Ultimately you’ve cost me time and delayed my journey my 30mins. Reimburse my journey

@SW_Help you need to sort out your service. It’s either late or early but never on time. Today the 9.17am from Putney to Hounslow arrived at 9.15:34 I was on the platform so walked along knowing I had until 9.16:15 before the doors shut… they shut at 19.16 and the train left…
