@AirbnbHelp 48 hours since I first called to inform you that our reservation was fraudulent. Absolutely NOTHING has been done to help since then. Fraudulent host still has our money, and is still being listed for other people to fall victim to. Appalling customer service

@AirbnbHelp 3. Surely if one listing is not legit (which evidently one isnt) then it should have been taken off the site? Very very disappointed with my experience so far and rapidly losing trust in airbnb. Would be grateful for help ASAP rather than waiting til 1am

@AirbnbHelp 2. It's increasingly stressful as my case is only able to be managed by 1 individual who due to the time difference can only reply when I'm sleeping!? As this is a time sensitive matter I require help without a 15+ hour delay. Our second payment is due out in 2 days
