@GOoutdoors Just been in the Poole store and have received an incredibly poor and disrespectful service. We have a tent with broken poles so looking to rectify -the staff member (manager?) we spoke to was extremely derogatory and spoke to us like we were idiots. Please fix this!

@GOoutdoors Such a poor service received in your Poole store today. Broken tent pole and told there were no poles in stock even though we could place an order online for said poles. Staff member was extremely rude to us in a way I have never been spoken to. I am beyond annoyed!

Will not be returning to @Tesco Highams Park anytime soon. Staff were rude, no social distancing is being adhered to and the floor signs are pointless. I would be better off walking into a Covid-19 moshpit than walking into that store. Such a shambles! 🙄 #rude #avoid #staysafe

@BP_plc what a load of shit your service is. Been to two separate BP garages this evening, both advertising an open car wash and yet both are closed when I go to buy a ticket. Absolutely pissed off with your service and definitely false advertising at play!

Well @AsdaPoole so unhappy with the service that has been provided not only did we have a rude customer assistant but walked out and discovered that the trousers I bought were on the wrong hanger so now have trousers that are 5 sizes too big. What a joke 😒😒
