I woke up with so much rage and anger for this country. For being a Nigerian. Because after watching the video of the attack of terrorists in a church in Kwara state, I have come to the realization that some people don’t know how much of a danger we are in in the country.

25 school girls were kidnapped yesterday and that same day, a church was attacked, worshipers kidnapped and k!lled and the President is yet to issue a statement or declare a state of emergency in that state.

A state of emergency was declared in rivers state few months ago because of political malice and differences. Because they wanted to teach an elected and a sitting governor a lesson.

But here we are, today, people are living in fear, people can’t go to school, church, market, or even their farms without the fear of being unalived or kidnapped.

NYSC corp members are refusing to travel to the northern part of the country because it is not safe. Because people have lost their lives trying to serve this country.

And you dare tell me that Trump’s intention to intervene this genocide that has been targeting a particular group and going on for long is not for a good cause. You dare tell me he doesn’t care about us, but I should believe that the government cares about me?

It was Borno before, then Benue, Owo, now Kwara. Are you not seeing how close to home it is getting? You don’t think that if we don’t collectively call out and fight for our country, not only will other people do it for us, we might become victims someday?

Armed terrorists invade schools and churches, kidnap and k!ll people, do live videos and the government cannot track them down to their location? In two thousand and fvcking twenty five? Same government that will track you to your house and pick you up if you tweet against them and they mean you?

This is gross incompetence. You want to tell me terrorists are so powerful that shooting will go on for 20-40minutes and their location can’t be tracked and surrounded?

I hope this is the last straw for the United States to intervene. In a sane country, the President would step down this morning. This is sad and ridiculous.
