@SouthwestAir Miami! Shame on you and site manager JAYMIN CRUZ! I was charged $400 for 2 bags that were under weight but 2in over on height...the same 2 bags that I flew on @SouthwestAir to Miami! Customer Service is no longer a priority! Common sense is no longer common!
