@emilywitha_y Our rule of thumb is to write all our content using a task-based approach! If there are common question/tasks, we incorporate them into our content with proper information architecture rather than lumping them all together in a giant FAQ page that’s hard to scan & navigate

Spent the week in Saint John NB engaging and collaborating with our front-end users. We ran moderated card sorts and cognitive walkthroughs with some of our new prototypes. Very thankful for the warm reception from Saint John Call Centre staff. What a productive week! 👏
