Gold Star @WestJet once again, in an airport, delays upon delays. No communication, no vouchers for food for anyone, no customer service, no help. Just more waiting, I still can't get my refund for my last cancelled flight because the website won't work.

Hey @WestJet I finally made it to @yyc but who knows when I will get my bags. Over 15 + hours in delays, a car trip from Kelowna so I can be with my family and then another chunk of delays and waiting on luggage. #exhausted

@deuceman72 @WestJet I gave up last night. The Twitter dm finally was answered at 2:30 am with a potential flight and thankfully it was still available when I woke up. I had hope but it has been delayed 5 times already today

@WestJet hey when do you update for cancelled flights? WS3327 is still showing as on time but neither airport seems to be moving planes. Really don't want to drive to the airport to get there and be cancelled.
