@CPark_MD Yes did one several months ago, imaging and RLQ pain consistent with acute appendicitis however patient also had localized RUQ pain on exam... upon entering the abd clearly appendicitis but also looked at the gallbladder and it looked necrotic. Super interesting and a great case!
