@codevsdev error messages and man pages combined with multiple trips to a book store or library for coding books... My first online bookstore I used was https://t.co/E49sEZ8wfT that had a great technical book selection. Op Amp in LA was a great physical store for technical books...
@RetroCoast We went there on vacation when I was a little kid in 1980. The only thing I remember was how hard the sand was. The cars had packed it down so hard it felt like walking on concrete with bare feet. lol
@fitgirltruth I'm not positive it was the barley but I found a few other people on line making that claim and the orange yolks came back when I stopped the barley. So be ready for that possibility with the barley:-)
@fitgirltruth Nice. Yeah, I've also done sprout trays of oats, barley, and sunflowers. The barley made the thickest mats of sprouts with a great root structure. But, there's something in barley that lightened up my girls' yolks. My backyard eggs looked like cheap walmart yolks:-( lol
@fitgirltruth I've also sprouted black oil sun flower seeds for the nutrient boost and then fermented the sprouts for a better digestive break down in the chickens. It's more labor intensive but the chickens loved it:-)
@fitgirltruth Fermenting my feed was a huge boost to my flocks gut health and egg density, i.e. the same sized egg but much heavier. I just put a mix of cracked corn and oats into a gallon container with a perforated lid so I could easily drain the water off before I served it...
