@zylaros@normal_jake_ If you’re trying to prioritize growth on upper body muscles you are accumulating fatigue that will hinder that growth by doing leg exercises in the same workout. Your system doesn’t just cool down. Makes more sense to just do leg day without excessive volume per muscle
