Chatting to an elderly (77-year-old) friend last night. He said he’s not being nagged by his GP about taking the jabs any more.

He took two jabs in 2021 after his doctor told him they were compulsory. He quickly regretted it when he developed a brain tumour and had to have two operations.

In the four years I’ve known him, he’s never had cold or flu symptoms. He leads a simple life, hates fruit and vegetables, lives on meat, manuka honey on toast and endless cups of tea. He looks old for his age and his vision is bad (not enough carrots) but he’s as healthy as a very healthy ox!

I was diagnosed with a deadly and aggressive breast cancer almost 15 years ago.
