After amicably parting ways with my literary agent, I am seeking new representation for my adult speculative college romance, LETS GET METAPHYSICAL.

As I work on this new WIP, I am reminded of two things that go hand-in-hand

1) The genre convention is third-person, near-past tense; and
2) NEAR PAST TENSE IS SO HARD FOR MEEEE

Sincerely, someone who naturally writes in first-person present tense
