That’s the SLAP,👋 , I was waiting for these
‘gold-digger’s daughters-in-law.
Today’s girls don’t want to live with or respect their mothers-in-law, but shamelessly want a share in the property of their mothers-in-law.
I would say mothers-in-law should clearly tell such daughters-in-law:
“If you don’t respect us and only create drama and harassment in the family, you will get a big zero from our wealth when we retire and after we are gone.”
Let these daughters-in-law take property from their own fathers instead of eyeing the hard-earned assets of their in-laws.
Moreover, I believe no gold jewellery or expensive assets should be gifted merely out of social pressure. Respect, care, and family values should matter more than greed and entitlement.
The Delhi High Court has made it clear: a daughter-in-law cannot claim an independent right over her mother-in-law’s self-acquired property.
Hard-earned property belongs to the person who earned it, not to those waiting to inherit it through pressure, manipulation, or litigation.
Why Supreme Court will never take suo moto cognizance of this and punish Shilpa Shinde?
Because, Supreme Court judges often follow what lawyers want. They are like puppets of lawyers.
What do you think lawyers want?
More fake cases? Or less fake cases?

We often speak about violence in one direction — and rightly so.
But justice cannot be selective.
If true, this isn’t just a crime. It’s a brutal reminder that cruelty has no gender.

News in 2019:
Surya Kant faces allegations of grave misconduct. In 2012, a real-estate agent accused the judge of having participated in illegal property dealings involving undervaluation and cash transactions worth several crores.
In 2017, a prisoner in Punjab filed a complaint listing eight cases heard by Kant, and alleged that the judge had accepted bribes to grant bail in these.
Though these complaints have been sitting with the collegium for over six years, Kant remained a judge at the Punjab and Haryana High Court till October 2018, when he was appointed the chief justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court.
The collegium recommended his name for the post even though the questions arising from the complaint had not been resolved, and according to a former Supreme Court judge, it will do so again—this time, for elevation to the apex court.
