@currys originally contacted you on the 8th September. Told 48 hours. I have since gone through the process of DM’ing you guys several times, to then be told my case is now with an escalation team… you say how sorry you are and I will hear back within 48 hours
@currys it has now been 11 days since I initially contacted your team and was told I would hear back from you within firstly 24, and then 48 hours. It’s been 264 hours….
Could I please be contacted via telephone as I am beyond tired. Having shopped with curry’s numerous times on the past, this will be my last! How can “customer service” be so bad!!
Funny however that you can still send me the automated mailing list emails about the new iPhone… definitely won’t be buying this and my new MacBook Air from @currys

@currys made an order last night, using your live chat feature… email address taken down incorrectly, which now means all my personal info (full name, address mobile number) being sent to a random

@British_Airways@British_Airways Flight now cancelled… In one way thanks for taking the bull by the horns. I’ve rebooked into my hotel and paid. Please advise on how I will be reimbursed once back in London. TIA
@British_Airways currently stuck at gate 5 @ABZ_Airport. Pilot has just advised that we will be updated at 2045, but flight may be cancelled!! What happens with onward travel to south coast if last train has left once or if we arrive in London tonight?
Making an educated guess even if systems come back up, all the delayed flights across Europe won’t be able depart and land at the same time. #takethebullbythehorns
@British_Airways - I’m assuming you will be organizing onward travel as it’s not highly unlikely we will be leaving @ABZ_Airport anytime soon? I understand this is no1’s fault…BUT it has been a long day at work. Please can a secession be made asap?!?!
