Let's look deeper on Works Packages Contracts(WPC) and Feeder buses

WPC : Guan Eng cut cost from RM15.7b to RM10b
Anwar reinstated 5 stations,7 additional trains and expanded depot at a cost of RM4.7b ~ thus savings reduced to RM1 billion
Feeder bus : Guan Eng cut price to zero.
Anwar bought 150 buses+depot for RM600 mil ~ thus net savings RM400 mil.

What do we get now compared to before the cost cutting?

Very much smaller system , no underground station , 4 train platforms..
