@GIGMobility @fcCPC This was till a passenger volunteered to pay for the new fan and this night and they are still stranded on the road. What sort of reckless service is this that you would refuse to release funds or send another vehicle to pick them up. Now my family is still stranded

@GIGMobility @fccpc I am really appalled at the service GIG offered today. They were supposed to leave for Akwa ibom from Mararaba by6.30pm but they left somewhere around 8.30pm and the bus broke down on the road due to a faulty fan and GIG refused to send funds for the driver
