Looking at a chart through different kinds of astrology or house division systems is like looking at a mug from different angles. At some angles of seeing the mug, I can see the handle. Other angles, I can't see the handle at all, but it's the same mug.

@soundrotator I'd ask what led them to want to learn more, and then tell them to watch and follow those who exhibit the kinds of virtues they value. When I wanted to become kinder. I surrounded myself with more kind people, for instance, and learned that way.
