@SimonCalder Hi Simon, we’d booked a package with Tui which included Ryanair flights. Our outgoing flight got cancelled on Good Friday. We called them and they offered alternative TUI flights (from Gatwick, not Stanstead) at £600 more. Should we have been charged more?

@SimonCalder Ryanair cancelled our flight to Cyprus in June on Good Friday. It was booked as part of a package with TUI. It has cost us £600 to rebook to the same hotel but with TUI flights!

@Willia2311 @Debenhams I returned an item on 29th June and still waiting for my refund…… the told me it would be by 14th July, and now by 30th July. The last message said that it is being processed so they consider the matter closed - rude!! I don’t consider it closed until I have my refund.
