This company is still trying to act like everything is “still valid” while not even doing the bare minimum for the artists. No proper support, no payments, no structure? Be serious.
A contract means nothing when one side completely fails their obligations. This company literally removed a member unfairly based on false allegations and didn’t lift a finger to defend him even after he was legally proven innocent. That’s unacceptable. The psychological damage that this trash company has caused to the members, staff and even other artists should be more than enough for the court to invalidate the contract and grant the members the legal right to terminate it. Isn’t it clear that the only breach of trust here is on the company’s side? Unbelievable.
