The service feels completely broken, and customer support has been of no help. At this point, my local ISP provided far better reliability than JioFiber.
Why should customers pay premium prices for such poor service? Do better.
@JioCare what exactly am I paying for?
I registered a complaint on 23rd July for constant internet disruptions. Since then, my complaint has been automatically cancelled twice, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. This is beyond frustrating.

@CarrierMideaInd Registered a complaint regarding my home air conditioner leaking water from the indoor unit on the 14th. Later that same evening, I received a call from your local technician asking about the issue, but after that, no one showed up for an entire week.
Today, the same technician calls saying he is finally coming to fix the problem. It’s peak summer season — did he really expect a customer to wait around for a week without any service or update?
This level of delay, lethargy, and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. Customer service clearly has a very different definition here.

No responsibility. No respect for customers.
Once they take your money, you’re on your own.
Don’t fall for online hype. Don’t trust marketing. Speak to real owners before buying.
@TVSMotorCompany — how long will you ignore customers?
#TVS#TVSFail#NTORQ150#WorstExperience
Buying the NTORQ 150 from TVS Motor Company has been a complete nightmare.
I trusted YouTube reviews — now I seriously question if they’re paid, because my real experience is the exact opposite.
Let’s break this “premium” product down:
➡️ Horrible delivery experience
➡️ Rear brake at speed — doesn’t feel safe at all
➡️ Rear suspension with pillion — completely disappointing, even on smooth roads
➡️ Constant vibrations on acceleration + harsh shocks on bumps
➡️ Engine already making tappet noise
This is what TVS calls premium?
No service.
@tvsmotorcompany A brand’s reliability is not judged only by the product, but by how it treats customers after the sale.

@tvsmotorcompany Vehicle delivered with scratches, a non-working speedometer and pending accessories. Complaints raised via email and on X. Public assurance given that someone from TVS Motor Company would contact me “at the earliest”.
Days later — complete silence.
PR reply from TVS Motor Company: “Our team will contact you at the earliest.”
Reality: complete silence
If this is “customer care”, customers should be worried.
