Another brutal 10000m last night at the inaugural Leeds midsummer classic. Great event put on by @bethebest45 @dave_norman. Personally 0.47secs off a dream time and a 4th sub 30. Roll on to #fastfriday #EAchamps and Walthamstow in 2 weeks for another attempt.

@nutt_matt Hi Matt have a look at my 1st may run. Take '50 steps' green bridge to access from Rudd. Far left line is along the right of railway then take style across railway about 2.8 k in then follow yellow farmer field markers to bunny. Lovely grass /trail flat.
