WE have a lot to do in our colonies such as TNR , rebuilding houses and feeders.

Good news we have enough funds for cisco surgery and for Salem! God is so good to western ferals. I dont have the heart to release Salem back in the colony hes to sweet so once he has his surgery he will be placed in foster care!

Got Salem on antibotics and pain meds until we can get him to the vets. Hes in alot of pain. I cant get into his mouth to see what is wrong but it's bad and smells bad.

We found a new colony of cats the other day. Poor things were starving. We couldn't afford to take on another colony and with my health but I couldn't let them starve. Going to talk to the business tomorrow to see if we can TNR them and feed

Sooooooo it never endssss I had to catch our beloved Salem today. His mouth is in major pain. Hes going to the vet as well. He screamed when he tried to eat. I threw him in the car and went to the store and got a carrier lol.

Update on our baby kitten. Shes ok. It's not calici. It's the herpes virus. The terrimacycin cream was getting in the tear duct a d draining down in her throat that made things taste bad. Shes on antibotics and tobramycin drops for eyes. Shes gonna be ok

When it rains it pours. The moma and 5 kittens we took in a month ago. One of the kittens is drooling and eyes swelled up out of the blue. At the emergency vets I have strong suspicion it's the calici virus. Prayers for our baby!

Sadly cisco arm is not getting better. They put him on stronger pain meds and a different antibotic. He definitely must have a amputation on that front leg. His scheduled surgery is on Oct. 21st. He will be fixed that same day and microchipped. I
