@MichaelGartland. Did you know that NYC Carriage Horse industry was already appropriately regulated by NYC! Horse folks know this. There is no need for new legislation. Horses are well kept and NYCLASS goal is still stables ownership for redevelopment.

DOT #FAIL. @NYC_DOT traffic experts spent six figs on redesigning carriage stands only to make the carriage stand only 5 feet wide. (Carriages are approximately 6 feet wide and need extra room on top of that. We’re the size of CARS.) @nicolegelinas @StreetsblogNYC @Adrian_Benepe
