Some kids have taller mountains to climb than others. We can’t climb the mountains for them, but an awareness of the mountains… reminds us of the importance of our patience and support. Some kids need us to be their cheerleader more than they need us to be their instructor.

Great schools are not just led by the administration; they are led by the teachers too. In great schools... EVERYONE owns the vision... and EVERYONE is on a mission!

We can’t control the home environment of our students, but we can surely control their classroom environment. When they’re under our care, they can feel safe, feel supported, and feel loved.
