People rarely hear what you actually say they hear it through the filter of their perception. You could make a million caveats to your speech and you might still offend people.
Some minds will never hear you because the message wasn't meant to reach them. Or they cannot hear because the filter of their pain clouds their perception.
That doesn't matter. Speak anyway, clearly, concisely and say what you actually mean. Don't water yourself down. Your most authentic expression is the most powerful version of you.
If your lower back hurts, look at your hips first
Here’s what most people miss about lower back pain: your spine is paying the bill for your hips.
Your hips are built to move — to rotate, flex, and open. When they get stiff (hello, sitting all day), that movement has to come from somewhere. So your lower back picks up the slack it was never designed to carry. Every time you bend, twist, or reach, your lumbar spine over-works to cover for hips that won’t cooperate.
The result? Chronic tension, stiffness, and that deep ache that never fully goes away — no matter how much you stretch your back.
The fix isn’t more back stretching. It’s restoring mobility where it belongs: the hips. Open them up, and your back finally gets to stop compensating.

Start reading these things and I get really excited because I think I’m going to learn something and then I realize they all just end in an advertisement for some product. And I need to be honest with the marketers of these products as to where the downside of this is. For someone like me, I’m gonna read this and get excited and start to implement some of these into my health regimen, but as soon as I see that it’s just an ad for some product. I immediately lose interest in the entire thing and I start to doubt whether any of it is true because I feel like I’m just trying to be sold a product. I think those of you that are advertising this way may need to rethink if this marketing strategy is really working. It may be, but I think there’s a lot more people that are feeling the way I am about this. It’s just I study so much of this and I get excited and then I see. It’s just an ad for a product and I immediately disregard the entire post.

University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduate public policy program, public economics course. The text was Hayek’s The Road to Serfdom. Full disclosure on bias: my father earned his economics PhD at the University of Chicago, so the Chicago tradition was familiar ground long before the syllabus. “The more the state ‘plans’ the more difficult planning becomes for the individual.”
Built on Christendom? The Constitution names God zero times, bans any religious test for office, anjd opens the Bill of Rights with “no establishment of religion.” America wasn’t built on one faith. It was built so no faith could rule — so all of us could worship as we choose, or not at all. That’s the liberty I hope we’re all celebrating.💙❤️🇺🇸🙏🏼
