@YodelOnline still unable to speak to someone about my ‘delivered’ parcel.
I have not received the parcel despite 3 different timestamped notifications that I have and a delivery photo of a black square.
How do I escalate this.Your webchat function doesn’t appear to connect..

Can you help me find my parcel.
Apparently it was delivered three times yesterday. I didn’t receive it any of those times.

The proof of delivery photo really doesn’t help either.

@nectar just had an email saying I’d spent my nectar points. Checked my account & it looks like they were spent today in Crystal Palace. This was not me.
I don’t live near Crystal Palace & haven’t spent anything in Sainsbury’s today. Please advise next steps.
