@dutweets Day 7 …. Still no internet and zero progress from Du despite me calling Du several times. Du made an appointment to come 8pm yesterday and just didn’t show up. DM messages don’t help at all
@dutweets waiting 4 days for Move In request. I booked on 23rd June for service to take place 24th June. I’ve now had no internet for 4 days. Anytime I call Du they say I will be contacted but it has not happened. Please help.

@dutweets Day 5 of no internet as my Move In request is still pending with Du installation team. 5 days after scheduled service and 6 days from making booking. So many calls to Du and no progress at all. Can anyone actually help?

@AstonMartinF1 ordered a shirt 2 months ago and it never arrived! Tracking shows zero movement since 29th August. I’ve emailed, messaged on Instagram but no progress. Trying here as a last hope please!
@FedExHelpEU getting help is impossible! Can’t call unless you have an account no. IF you get through on Live Chat to a person - they tell you they can’t help then just ignore you!!!! I’ve tried about 100 times!
@FedExEurope been trying for hours to speak to someone on live chat! eventually got to speak to a person twice but on both occasions they just stopped replying! I cant call as I don’t have an account no. Service is shocking. Now live chat is unavailable completely before closing!

@ShopandShip package stuck at Switzerland address since 17th August. All I get from Customer Support is generic answers. Service is shocking. I’ve sent all documents asked for as well as a payment but package still not moving.
