@PassportIRL agent hung up on me on Friday when I started to cry and asked to speak with a manager. My son's application is incredibly easy, Irish born baby to Irish born married parents. No transparency and no answers for why people are skipping the 'queue'.

@JamesyG2021 @GrehanLeanne @PassportIRL They got all of our documents on 19th of July and are giving an estimated date of 22 September, that's more than 40 working days. Need it for the 21st to attend my brother's wedding, no answers from them, rang 19 times last Thursday.

@DonnellyStephen @HSELive @paulreiddublin I received my first moderna dose 10 weeks ago tomorrow, despite repeated calls to the covid helpline and contacting @hselive no one can help me. Please provide clarity and comfort that the efficacy of my vaccination won't be affected.

@HSELive I am waiting for my second Moderna vaccine for 10 weeks on Thursday. No one can tell me when I will be called! Is the system waiting until everyone my age has received a first dose? If so I could be waiting 15 or 16 weeks!
