He hasn’t received any emails and when he logged into his account, there is nothing new. I logged in but I couldn’t see a chat option because I was going to suggest that to him - in the contact section it just gave the phone number and social media accounts

How’s your memory?

Going back a few years there were shops where people could rent mail boxes… what were the shops called please? The obvious answer would be mailbox shops, but I’m not convinced that’s right.
