Reducing conflict is the duty of all involved - not just leader. Listening, communicating, & understanding others views = effective strategies for ensuring positive outcomes. Conflict in changing environments is inevitable & needs careful navigation.

@B329Leadership#Wk3#populism claims to speak for everyday people, it divides society into everyday people & corrupt elite. The latter deprives the former. #populism is an idealist or political movement separating the two, depriving them of their rights, voice etc.
