Sometimes you have conversations that bring a huge smile to your face as new insights and connections emerge. That's what happened when I was interviewed by Sue Revell on her fab Women on a Mission Podcast. Check out our conversation here -https://t.co/7gsQE3YcfK @MissionMastery
A step in the right direction - new mandatory women’s health training for doctors in England aims to end decades of inequality. Hopefully Scotland will do something similar. https://t.co/uH6m3hzr6i
#G7, don’t turn a blind eye to global challenges. COVID19 & the climate crisis have shown that support for the most vulnerable protects us all.@G7 Will you recommit to the 0.7% aid funding promise to support poorer countries?@c_lindner@cafreeland@JY_LeDrian@MEF_GOV@RishiSunak
World “Leaders?” Where are they? So disappointed and saddened with the complete lack of immediate and effective action. We are just letting this happen. Shame on us.

Did you know breathing, meditation, and yoga postures can help ease menopause symptoms?
As soon as I realised this I knew I wanted to train to be an accredited Menopause Yoga Teacher. I can't wait to start running online workshops and classes from next month.

@ThisisDavina thanks for your brilliant show on the Menopause. I had terrible support from my GP and tried all sorts of natural option for 7 years until I found a private clinic. HRT has transformed my life! You’ve activated a movement for change. Thank you! #davinamenopause
Check out my latest blog - What's wrong with volunteering overseas?
It explains the damage we can do when volunteering overseas, better ways to support overseas projects, and what to ask yourself if you do still want to volunteer.

How do you feel about the menopause? Is it a time to dread or celebrate?
Like many other women, I used to resist it as I used to believe life went downhill after forty rather than seeing it as a natural rite of passage and privilege so many sadly never reach.
Really looking forward to another day of Menopause Yoga Teacher Training.
Learning so much about clinical and natural approaches to coping with this natural rite of passage and excited that I'll soon be running classes and workshops.

The days I start off with a healthy morning ritual that puts my health first, always seem to go better than when I reach for my phone or computer first.

I'm not a fan of the phrase 'giving back.' Why?
I feel it’s hindering charitable giving and accelerating the destruction of the planet.
I am a huge advocate of giving so many people feel they need to wait until they have more time or money BEFORE they give back.
I LOVE the first day of the year I see lambs in the fields - they remind me that spring, is just around the corner, a bit like the new seasons we experience as a woman.
