If you ignore enough details, any two things follow the same logic. I'd hope that as a human you'd have some standards.

@Crimson_Kioku @Super_Mutt9 Not really. In one instance, the perceived age is in question, so it's subjective whether you believe the legal adult looks like a child. In the second, it's been stated clearly the object is 6 years old. Not the same logic at all. It changes the question entirely.
