BFSI segment remains the largest at Rs 27,021 crore in Q4 FY26, up 11% YoY, with Manufacturing at Rs 7,002 crore, Consumer Business at Rs 11,345 crore, and Life Sciences and Healthcare at Rs 7,371 crore.
Net cash from operating activities strong at Rs 52,094 crore in FY26 versus Rs 48,908 crore in FY25, reflecting healthy cash conversion despite exceptional outflows.
CSC legal matter escalated to US Supreme Court via petition for writ of certiorari filed March 2026, with company maintaining it has a strong case. Rs 1,010 crore provided on conservative basis in FY26 with Letter of Credit of Rs 2,365 crore placed as financial security.
Two Salesforce acquisitions completed during the year, ListEngage for Rs 612 crore in October 2025 and Coastal Cloud for Rs 6,386 crore in January 2026, adding enterprise-scale Salesforce consulting and AI advisory capabilities.
Board recommends final dividend of Rs 31 per equity share for FY26.
