Why do I log last nightโs dinner first? Because last night I went out for ice cream with my family. And instead of just having to go over my numbers because it wasnโt planned and then feeling like I need to restrict the next day, I plan today around having that ice cream!
Came home from vacation and immediately got back to tracking macros.. except I forgot that I had used MyFitnessPal to create some sample food diaries and changed my settings..
It was easier to start the cut I've been wanting to go into than to change my goals.. so here we go!
I gained 15 lbs doing 2 rounds of IVF 3rd year of PICU fellowship.
Hereโs what Iโm doing to prioritize myself now as an attending:
1. 2 x 40 oz water bottles a day.
2. Using my Speediance gym monster 4 x a week.
3. Hitting 140g of protein daily.
