Don't play with students future @sctevt @HRDministry Yesterday #sctevt release a notice were mentioned that students who don't have any back paper will be promoted to the 5th semester. What about the others having backlogs in 1st or 2nd sem ? @DTET_Odisha @Naveen_Odisha
