Hypothetical #stlblues trade:
To San Jose: Pick No. 11 (2026 1st), Pick No. 15 (2026 1st), Dalibor Dvorský, and the Blues' unprotected 2027 1st-Round Pick.
To St. Louis: No. 2 Overall Pick (2026)
Would you do it?

We did a College Football Helmet Snake Draft
Sky Joe built a powerhouse of classics, ATG anchored the blue-bloods, and Austin went completely rogue with the alternates.
Who walked away with the best overall board? And who drafted the single worst helmet here? 👇
I completely get that, so hard to pass on a potential superstar like Stenberg. I know it’s not as sexy but I think Reid is going to be really really good. A true Two Way defenseman, I see him being a consistent 50-60 point per season guy. Not saying yall should take him but I don’t think the Sharks should worry about him finishing up his Michigan state time because you’re looking at a very long contender window. I personally am not a fan of overloading your cap on your forwards when you think about the second contracts.
The Sharks are in a tough spot (a good spot but a tough one) I really think y’all take Chase Reid if you stay at 2. Although a Misa/Stenberg 2nd line would be electric. Personally if I was SJS I swap picks with the Rangers or Kraken and pick Carson Carels or Albert Smits and pick something else up in the package.
Phil Parker is still the secondary coach along with being DC.
His job is to win COLLEGE football games, if we’re talking about development for the NFL or recruiting it might be a different conversation, but on a college level Phil Parker always has top tier DB rooms despite not always having top tier talent to work with. CR has an amazing track record with development I’m not denying that at all, but even his lower tier recruits have some form of elite traits that he polishes. Parker is taking guys that zero big school would consider and turning them into premier college defensive backs. Not to mention Iowa regularly has the best tackling secondary in college football. He might be the most fundamentally sound coach in all of college football regardless of position. Parker has taken three 2 stars and eleven 3 star players and turned them into First Team All Big Ten players.
If you just look at the time before Corey Raymond left LSU 2012-21
Iowa finished in the top 25 in Pass Efficiency defense 7 out of 10 years. While LSU finished in the top 25 4 out of 10.
During that same time period Iowa had 159 interceptions and LSU had 126.
The original list was ranking best DB coaches in CFB CR has only coached corners since LSU brought in Bill Busch in 2018. I think that hurts his argument of being number 1.
Corey Raymond runs an NFL factory of cornerbacks and I wouldn’t trade him for anyone but Phil Parker is the best college DB coach in football.
We’re in the dog days of summer for LSU sports.
What are your favorite non sports Shows/events you enjoy watching during the summer? I watched Big Brother for the first time last year and can’t wait for the new season.
