Of course it is. Especially if it is something you like and is healthy for you.

My personal problem is - I have to be great at what I do. For me, being good isn't good enough.

More people give up on their New Year's resolutions today than any other day of the year.

It's okay if you picked a hard goal to achieve. Don't give up on yourself.

You can do great things!

We are told to be ourselves, show off our individual person, and not be a sheep that follows the crowd.

But yet, we are ridiculed for not having common sense.

No wonder so many of us are frustrated with society.

Right now in this moment, you are older than you ever have been. You are also younger than you ever will be again.

How you view yourself plays a big role in what you accomplish each day.

Are you old or are you young?

The choice is yours.

You will never know where your peaks are if you don't go through some valleys.

If you are on a peak - enjoy it while you can!

If you are in a valley - enjoy the ride back to the peak! It's only a matter of time until you get there!

Don't let age stop you, it's just a number.

When you need to make a change, remember - a lot of the things you like are the reason you are where you are.

It doesn't mean you can't ever have them again, but if they created what you have now you're fighting an uphill battle when you continue to partake in them.

How do I measure success for my clients?

When their doctor says "this is the best your blood work has looked in decades!"

Thus is what I mean when I say I transform my client's health from the inside out.

You can't be healthy if your cells aren't healthy first!
