Due to indigo staff, Indigo Airlines charged 1500 / - extra from me . I was going from Chennai to Delhi via Hyderabad ticket PNR number YWEY9E date 1 Sep time 3.05 Boarding time. Even after going to the counter, the staff kept passing the time for 15 mints.
