Storm of the Century: Black Sea

I had predicted that Russia's adversaries might attempt to engineer an artificial storm in the Black Sea, disguising it as a natural disaster with the objective of displacing the Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol. Utilizing advanced technology, possibly including H.A.A.R.P. weapons, the Black Sea experienced what has been referred to as the “storm of the century,” which resulted in massive waves of 30 feet along the entire Crimean coast and the subsequent relocation of the Black Sea Fleet from Sevastopol.
