The things you say... Sometimes it's the briefest of running chats which stay with you the longest. My latest blog post up today. https://t.co/5wiDzv0CFs
@SamMurphyRuns Friend has given me a bundle of old Runner's Worlds to entertain me while I'm injured. Really enjoying working my way through your 2017 and 2018 columns!
Torn ankle ligaments are rubbish. Fortunately I have a wonderful family of runners around me who know just how to cheer up an injured clubmate. Lifts to A&E, funny FB posts and messages of love, and to top it all today: gin and chocolate.
Injured, or not running for another reason? Don't become isolated! Keeping connected to your running community keeps your mental as well as physical health on the road to recovery. I write about it here: https://t.co/XuES2SXbR5

@RunnerViking I haven't, although I used it when I had a slipped disc and although it didn't take away the pain per se it did help relax the muscles somewhat.
@WildGingerRuns @UKRunChat@MindCharity@theCALMzone@matthaig1 @RethinkDep @heads_together Daylight runs if you can, running with someone you can chat with, and I put my running gear on the radiator for ten minutes before I put it on - much nicer to get into warm clothes to start!
Running and talking can often free up surprising conversations. My new blog is about running and talking and how it can help us make sense of an often nonsensical world: https://t.co/5A20SAWwRA
@runningblogs @AllRunning1 is a brand new running blog about the conversations we have while running. Would love you to take a look: https://t.co/vta3doU27A
A new blog. What I talk about when I talk with other people while running (it's not just about running - non-runners will like it too I hope). https://t.co/6HwNF7fIGY
