What a fantastic afternoon Oaks had with Cimone from the Leiston Education Partnetship. We experimented with making indicators out of cabbage and tested substances. Also, we created our own lava lamps using oil, water, food dye and a vitamin C tablet.

KS1 and KS2 have been on the move this week, completing 2.6 miles to raise money for our chosen charity, You Are Not Alone. A fantastic effort from everyone involved!
Oaks had a brilliant day at the School Farm & Country Fair! We met amazing animals, tried local produce, saw sheep shearing, planted peas and even brought back three trees. The children loved it- huge thanks to our parent volunteers for their support!

Pupils had a fantastic time in the Electrosnaps workshop today, exploring how circuits work through hands-on investigation. It was wonderful to see such curiosity, teamwork and problem solving.
At Laxfield Primary the Wren's Class topic has been 'People who help us.' This included a tractor and police car visit which was both informative and fun!
Our Christingle service was absolutely beautiful today. Such a special moment to come together and it was wonderful to be joined by so many of our families.
