Why did multimillionaire Richard Tice get an £80,000 undeclared loan from Nigel Farage’s aide, George Cottrell, in late 2024?
A transaction that originally caused bankers to raise concerns with authorities.

It stinks.
The Newcastle Chronicle is reporting that a Reform UK councillor has been charged after posting a grossly offensive comment on X referencing Nigerians
Glenn Gibbins is due to appear before South Tyneside Magistrates next month having been charged with an offence under the Communications Act 2003
Dear Nigel Farage
This you. What an outrageous hypocrite you are.
"Take the knife to overpaid pen pushers in Whitehall".
"Pick up a rifle if Brexit isn’t delivered."
Tut tut. Not very civilised.
Can't wait for your explanation on this one.
Reform councillor Glenn Gibbins, who said Nigerians should be melted down to fill potholes, has now been officially charged.
Reform reinstated him after carrying out an internal investigation.
He is due to appear at South Tyneside Magistrates' Court on 21st of August.

Jolly decent of Richard Tice to keep the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner busy with another case of dodgy dealings while his investigation into my own dodgy dealings is on hold until after the by-election.
EXCL: George Cottrell transferred $2m to his mother days before her donations to Reform UK.
Sources say Fiona Cottrell told bankers the transfers, received 24-72 hours before her donations to the party, came from her son.
Another important scoop from @Annaisaac

Correct me if I’m wrong, but surely Reform UK are far more important than the Lib Dems. After all, they only have 71 MPs whereas we have… er… three MPs who were elected as Reform candidates, four Tory turncoats and one idiot who resigned to fight a bin.
Andy Burnham says thank you to foreign-born carers. He’s right. They’re caring for his dad. They helped care for my dad when he was dying. They deserve our gratitude and respect.
Another by-election on the horizon?
Richard Tice has now been referred to Parliament’s standards watchdog over an undeclared £78,100 loan from George Cottrell.
If the commissioner opens an investigation and a serious breach is ultimately found, Reform could face yet another by-election.
So the ever desperate Farage is now crying because he hasn't been invited to a meeting on social care with Badenoch and Davey.
At medication time can nurse explain to him that he resigned and is no longer an MP
A lovely little touch from Sunderland for supporters in the queue this morning.
Fans were handed a retro-style newspaper, classic player cards and a commemorative pin badge.

Kemi Bay-denoch, a cabinet minister in a Tory government that closed 23 prisons and released thousands of prisoners early, complains about early prisoner release.
Pathetic hypocrite.

👕 Sunderland’s new home shirt for the 2026-27 season, inspired by the club’s historic FA Cup-winning campaign of 1936-37.
❤️ I absolutely love it. What are your thoughts?
