@British_Airways this is getting unbelievable now. We fly in 2 days, you cancelled our booking, you didn’t tell us, you haven’t even refunded us our booked seats! Your not answering the phone. Absolutely unbelievable.
@gavmac1977@British_Airways Hey Gavin, we had issues and we were indirect. We were told that if they were indirect that the airport had to do manual checks and that’s why people can’t check in. Causes issues for your seat selection though
@British_Airways you’ve cancelled our connecting flight from London Heathrow to Manchester on Friday morning… after we land from New York. We paid for both the flight and for the seats to be pre-booked. No email. No communication. What do you intend to do about it?
@parcelforce why has the tracking gone from stage 4 back to stage 1 on my parcel? It’s already took 3 days on first class which is ridiculous considering what it cost to send it
@British_Airways your app says we will be departing from t5 at Heathrow for flight BA 205 on 28/3 but the Heathrow app says it’s t3. Please can you confirm the terminal is t5?
@British_Airways my flight is showing from t3 in Manchester on 28th march but t3 is closed. It’s the 10:55am to London Heathrow. What terminal will it actually be from as the app and website is telling me t3?
