On the tragic day of the King David Junior School fatal accident, Hon. Minister Balaam immediately directed all ambulances in the region to report to the scene without delay. He also instructed all doctors and medical personnel to report for duty as quickly as possible to ensure the injured children received urgent medical attention.

According to local accounts, his swift response played a significant role in saving lives, and without it, the death toll could have been much higher.

Today, we thank him for his tremendous efforts and decisive leadership during that difficult moment. Let’s give him his flowers while he is here to receive them.
