Our UnGarage Sale on Aug. 1, will open at 9 a.m. to Noon for our clients and then at Noon to 3 p.m. we will open to the general public. We will have clothing and household items. Everything is free.

Our agency's annual UnGarage Sale is Aug. 1. We will be accepting donations this Friday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 123 W. Spring St. Clothing and household items. Nothing big like couches.

Today is National Teacher’s Appreciation Day. We know firsthand the great work teachers in our community do with children every day. They also are mandated reporters and make up one of the largest groups of people who report abuse and neglect to us.

Abigail (center bottom) is the newest official member of the Thornburg family. Gabe and Amy Thornburg adopted Abigail on Tuesday as part of a virtual hearing with Allen County Probate Court. Congratulations the Thornburg family. The Thornburgs are foster parents with our agency.
