Despite not being named a finalist in the 2023 Southeast Emmys Live News Producer category, I'm very proud of this submission showcasing some of my best moments as a producer at @wmbfnews. A lot of work went into these newscasts behind the scenes. https://t.co/Ep69WVqLC3
Neeeeeed the Chantosaurus Rex back in teal next year! The clutch at bats and highlight reel defense was too much fun to lose
He’s the perfect guy to show all the new faces exactly what playing coastal baseball looks like @Rexwatson20

50% of the teams that made it to Omaha last year didn’t even make an NCAA Regional this year.
The grit, resiliency, and toughness of this team is special.
What a phenomenal moment right here with family and coach (wearing Charleston Riverdogs hat) for Charleston’s Emma Navarro - announcer shoutout to the lowcountry. Hugs, emotions for coming back from health issues to victory for Emma. Now off to the French Open.
"And for one last time, that's it for sports"
There will never be enough words to truly express how grateful I am for my time at WMBF, but I at least had to try.
My final signoff from my sportscast Friday night ⬇️❤️
📺 CAREER UPDATE: After 3 years at WMBF I have made the very difficult decision to leave my role as Sports Director.
It honestly feels like just yesterday when I traded in my orange for teal.
I came here fresh out of Syracuse to be a News Reporter/Weekend Sports Anchor. Then a year and a half in I had the opportunity to become Sports Director.
It was a role I never expected to take on, but I will never forget the moment my dream became a reality.
I have learned so much in both jobs and I am forever grateful for every single moment.
Covering Coastal Carolina has been an adventure unlike any other. Discovering every storyline has made me a stronger sportscaster and journalist.
The people here have truly embraced me and they were the true difference makers in this experience.
Thank you to every viewer, coach, athlete, SID, and anyone else who has been a part of this storytelling journey.
📺 My last day on air will be Friday, May 22nd and I’m cherishing every moment up until goodbye.
As for my next career step… I’m leaving TV for the time being, but I’m excited to share more about my next adventure when the time is right.
I’m ready to experience a better work-life balance along with the freedom (and support) that allows me to pursue other passions and goals of mine.
Also yes, this is me next to a pic of my very first time sports anchoring at WMBF ⬇️🥲
